I had to switch from 123 mail into Out look - Office 365
I had no idea how to go about it but thanks to 123Reg employee Mr Andrei went through everything with me with lots of patience and was very polite knowledgeable prompt and sufficient. Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I had an issue and Stephen fixed it for me a spoke to a few before that and they did not fix it just sent it to the support ticket but he did not just submit it to a support ticket and he got the job done! DNS issue.

Had an issue where I was unable to access the checkout to pay overdue subs (card had a fraud try, bank gave me replacement with new number and I forgot to update 123-Reg details!) I tried to get this resolved 2 days ago via a call but the guy was hopeless, clearly didn't know what to do and just wanted to fob me off.

Today I tried again buy via messenger. An angel by the name of Felicia sorted it all for me with no fuss at all. Maybe she can train others how to run an efficient convo to a good conclusion. Very happy with todays contact!
